Customer Service Representative

The Role
  • You will meet and greet all customers who enter the service centre, providing a welcoming atmosphere and setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Deal with general customer inquiries, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • General admin and data entry tasks will also be required, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
