Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performing mechanical design engineering teams in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Drive global design consistency and standardization of mechanical systems.
  • Manage and approve mechanical equipment innovations and design submissions.
  • Establish robust processes for internal design development and third-party vendor management.
  • Oversee procurement and technical specifications for mechanical Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipment.
  • Manage team reporting, hiring, growth opportunities, annual goal reporting, KPIs, and performance reviews.
