We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to support the successful candidate in their role as a senior member of our baking team.

Job Description

As a Senior Pastry Artisan at Banjo's Corporation, you will be responsible for:

• Producing a wide range of delicious pastries, breads, and sweets that meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Collaborating with other bakers and the production manager to ensure the smooth operation of our bakery and consistent delivery of products to our customers
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols, and upholding our commitment to excellence in every aspect of our business
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Supporting the development of junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture
