Hotel Maintenance Position

Job Summary:

This is a hotel maintenance technician position. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the hotel's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic lock systems, PTAC units, and other equipment
  • Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers
  • Light plumbing: unclog drains, fix faucets, and toilets
  • Light electrical: replace outlets, switches, and basic wiring
  • General hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces)
  • Respond to guest and staff repair requests promptly

Requirements:

  • Previous hotel maintenance experience or apartment/light commercial building maintenance experience
  • Pool chemical knowledge and repair experience required
  • 1-3 years of maintenance experience ideal
