We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Myotherapist to join our team, providing holistic care to clients and enhancing their mobility and movement to promote independence and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities:- Client Assessment: Assessing symptoms and medical history, making diagnoses, and developing personalized care plans for individuals.
- Soft Tissue Manipulation: Manipulating muscles and other soft tissue to alleviate pain and discomfort.
- Education and Training: Educating and training clients on therapy aspects, promoting their understanding and participation in their care plan.
- Goal Setting: Providing goal setting activities and guidance on stretching, strengthening, and improving posture, enabling clients to achieve their optimal level of functioning.
- Collaboration: Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans are formulated and monitored.
- Documentation: Documenting and reporting on client condition and progress, maintaining accurate records and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
