Landscape Construction Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Construction Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training and assessing students in Landscape Construction at various levels of the course.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality training that meets industry standards and expectations.
- To develop and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
- To assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
- To stay up-to-date with current industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Landscape Construction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- AHC30921 Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent qualification.
- TAE (Training and Assessment) certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain it is desirable.
- At least 1 year of experience as a landscape technician, preferably in a training or teaching role.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Sensitivity and adaptability when working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
