Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to manage our inpatient subacute ward specializing in rehabilitation and palliative care.

The successful candidate will have relevant nursing qualifications, current registration with the relevant governing body, and experience in providing management and leadership. They will also have demonstrated ability to develop good multidisciplinary relationships, progress change management initiatives, and perform all activities within the framework of our organization's mission, vision, and core values.

  1. Manage operational, financial, human, and information resources within the unit liaising with the relevant Clinical Director.
  2. Provide effective Nursing leadership within the Clinical Program to ensure high quality clinical practices and client care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be resilient, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care. You will also require strong written and verbal communication skills, high-level analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated commitment to external and self-directed professional development.
