Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in North East Victoria. This role will involve working with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to improve return to work outcomes and prevent workplace injuries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rehabilitation counseling principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide rehabilitation counseling services to clients with workplace injuries or illnesses.
  • Work with employers to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for return to work plans.
Requirements
  • Qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Full membership with ASORC.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
  • Current drivers' license and access to own vehicle.
