Key Responsibilities
  • Develop secure, cloud-native storage solutions ensuring performance, automatic failover, and zero downtime
  • Implement and operate production-ready applications in Rust, focusing on operational excellence
  • Diagnose test failures and performance regressions, implementing fixes and contributing to code reviews
  • Lead development and project management for large-scale, cross-team initiatives, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Identify, design, implement, test, and support new features related to Storage Layer Services, enhancing the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in programming, debugging, and performance tuning of distributed and/or highly concurrent software systems
  • Strong systems fundamentals, including multi-threaded programming and performance profiling
  • Experience with distributed systems and database internals, preferably in Rust or C/C++
  • B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills, with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to realistically assess project complexity
