Job Title: Marketing and Communications Manager

At Infinite Aged Care, we are looking for a progressive professional to lead our Marketing and Communications team.

  • Develop and execute long-term marketing and communication strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Shape and evolve the brand identity and oversee all internal and external communications.
  • Lead proactive and responsive communication strategies to safeguard reputation and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Partner with People & Culture to promote Infinite Care as an employer of choice.
  • Drive digital transformation by leveraging platforms and analytics to engage residents, families, and communities.
  • Position Infinite Care as a progressive voice in aged care through advocacy and public relations.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing and communications delivery ensuring measurable impact.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a talented marketing and communications team with a culture of creativity and accountability.
About You:
  • Demonstrated experience operating in a Marketing and Communications leadership role within aged care or related industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to design and deliver long-term strategies and tactical campaigns.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills and ability to inspire, develop, and engage high-performing teams.
  • Proven innovation in brand storytelling, campaign design, and creative content management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with a wide group of stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related studies is essential.
  • Strong digital marketing expertise including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and WordPress.
