About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing outpatient assessment and health promotion services to patients, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess the level of care required for patients and set priorities accordingly, as well as initiating treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assessment services
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Initiate treatment for minor injuries and illnesses
- Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to maintain expertise
