Nurse Led Home Visiting Program Manager

This position is for a highly experienced Child and Family Health Nurse to lead the Sustaining NSW Families nurse-led home visiting program.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management and leadership of the program, delivering better outcomes for vulnerable families from pregnancy until their child is two years old.
This role requires management and/or leadership experience to lead a multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive post-registration experience in Child & Family Health Nursing (CFHN), with expertise working with vulnerable families and a demonstrated understanding of early intervention, including sustained home visiting, prevention, and community development.
- Registered Nurse-Division 1 with relevant management tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive post-registration experience in Child & Family Health Nursing (CFHN).
- Experience in managing a team and knowledge in strategic and operational service planning and quality improvement processes.
- Manage new referrals to the SNF Service and intake, undertaking initial client engagement and clinical assessments.
- Provide clinical consultation for team members, leading case reviews and relieving clinical staff during short periods of leave.
