Lead Our Early Childhood Education and Care Service

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Centre Director to lead our early childhood education and care service. As the Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the operations of our centre.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of educators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure the centre's daily operations run smoothly, including managing resources and staff schedules.
  • Deliver high-quality educational programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of individualised learning and development programs for children.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with families, staff, and the wider community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the centre's performance, providing regular feedback and professional development opportunities to educators.
Requirements

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher).

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in an early childhood education setting.

Strong understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively and lead by example.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
