We are seeking a Supervisor to join our team at Subway in Melbourne, Australia. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door and move into management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food, including bread and cookie baking, and maintain food storage and preparation areas according to Health & Safety standards.
  • Comply with Food Standards practices and ensure the restaurant team follows operational procedures.
  • Manage stock ordering and monitoring, operate the till, and perform daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Follow security and safety procedures, maintain a safe working environment, and deliver a high standard of service.

We will provide comprehensive training on making sandwiches and operational procedures.

You will bring a positive attitude with a guest-first mindset and take ownership of your work.
