Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Gymnastics Coach, working with children of all ages and abilities in a safe, positive and fun environment. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for adapting lesson plans and coaching a variety of gymnastics programs.



Job Description


As a Gymnastics Coach, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality programs that cater to the needs of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Adapting lesson plans to suit the needs of different age groups and skill levels;
  • Couching a variety of gymnastics programs in a safe, positive and fun environment;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, parents and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive team environment;
  • Collaborating with other coaches and staff to plan and deliver programs and events;
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, program participation and other relevant data.


Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:



  • A passion for working with children and developing their physical and emotional well-being;
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to coaching and teaching;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds;
  • A strong understanding of gymnastics principles and techniques, with experience in coaching and teaching gymnastics programs;
  • An Intermediate/Intermediate GFA/Advanced Coach Accreditation, with a willingness to maintain and update your accreditation in accordance with Gymnastics Australia technical membership requirements.
