ICT Specialist

This is a key role in managing the procurement process from initial analysis to contract negotiation.
Main Responsibilities- We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage procurement activities for one or multiple projects simultaneously.
- The successful candidate will establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including ICT professionals and vendors.
- Liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders to negotiate contracts and procure goods and services is also required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and experience in Commonwealth of Australia procurement and tendering processes.
Key Requirements- A Territory degree and/or equivalent experience of 5 years or more in ICT Commercial/federal government procurement is required.
- A strong understanding of CPRs and experience in procurement of goods and services using panel arrangements, Indigenous Procurement Policy, limited tender, and open tender approaches to market is essential.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in liaising with a diverse range of stakeholders and ability to work independently and prioritize work accordingly.
