  • About the Role:

In this key leadership position, you will oversee the successful delivery of a long-term project in Melbourne. As Senior Project Engineer, you'll lead procurement and construction functions, manage site/project engineers, and ensure the project is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of comprehensive construction plans and schedules.
  2. Manage site/project engineers and coordinate subcontractors/suppliers effectively.
  3. Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  4. Oversee construction planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial/contract management.

  • Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in on-site construction delivery.
  2. Strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
  3. Proven track record on large-scale building projects (ideally >$100m).
  4. Deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
