The Operations Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional client experience through seamless campaign management from inception to post-campaign service.
This role entails partnering with key stakeholders, including sales teams and clients/agencies, to ensure excellence in client satisfaction.
The Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, inventory management, bookings process management, internal partner approvals, production workflow management, and reporting on campaign workflows and capacity.
This role requires strong organisational skills, a methodical approach to working, and the ability to prioritise workload, react to change, and make key process decisions under pressure.
A client-centric approach, great communication style, and adherence to strict deadlines are essential for success in this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in Media Operations or a related field.
- Shopper, Customer, Trade Marketing, or Agency experience within the FMCG environment.
- Understanding of the shopper path to purchase and media that impacts decisions.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Business degree/qualification.
