Role Overview:

This is a mental health professional position in an integrated stepped care model of service delivery. The role involves delivering quality client-centred mental health assessment, treatment, and/or case coordination services across the lifespan and with varying levels of complexity.

The organisation operates an outreach model of service delivery, providing mental healthcare and support to individuals who may not otherwise receive it. As part of this team, you will see the real difference your work makes in people's lives by supporting them to receive treatment locally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality mental health assessment, treatment, and/or case coordination services to clients of all ages and complexities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary health professionals as part of a regional provider network to deliver client-centred mental health services
  • Work effectively within an integrated stepped care model to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • Qualifications and skills relevant to the field of mental health (e.g., psychology, nursing, occupational therapy)
  • Proven experience working in mental health settings, particularly in community-based or outreach roles
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
