Job SummaryWe're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a high standard of store presentation, and processing stock deliveries and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the full Ghanda Experience to each customer, ensuring a positive and engaging shopping experience.
- Process point of sale transactions and reconcile till sales.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation, adhering to our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
- Process stock deliveries and manage inventory control.
- A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and school holidays.
- A reliable form of transport to travel to and from work.
- Retail or hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential - we value the right attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
