We're seeking a dedicated mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team. Our aim is to empower individuals to reach their personal goals through evidence-based services.

The role involves assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with various disabilities. You'll work within the NDIS framework, focusing on maximizing clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Aid clients in assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Manage a varied caseload and maintain timely documentation and report writing
  • Build relationships with stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources

New Grad Program

  • We offer a 12-month New Graduate Program for recent graduates, featuring skills training sessions, group mentoring, mental health drop-in sessions, and internal PD sessions
  • You'll have opportunities to shadow experienced clinicians and learn from senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Necessary qualifications include a relevant tertiary degree in psychology or a related field and discipline-specific professional registration
  • Ongoing commitments include maintaining a Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and International Police Check (if applicable)
  • You'll also need a drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle
