
Senior Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly results-driven Business Development Manager to join our expanding team in Hobart. Reporting to the State Manager, this is a pure "hunter" role focused on actively identifying and securing new business opportunities within your territory of Hobart to build a robust sales pipeline.
This is not an Account Management position. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans to exceed your territory targets.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed your territory targets.
- Prospect and Qualify: Proactively research, identify, and qualify new business opportunities.
- Develop Solutions: Accurately measure and estimate projects, crafting compelling, solution-based proposals, quotes, and tender responses.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B new business development and solution selling. Experience in researching and actively targeting new customers is also essential.
