We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive the full project lifecycle from planning and procurement to delivery and installation. As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee materials, labour, subcontractors, and resources to achieve program milestones.

The Opportunity
  • Lead complex projects across a diverse pipeline of large-scale commercial and public builds nationwide.
  • Build strong partnerships with Tier 1 builders, architects, engineers, and consultants.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and safety through on-site leadership and inspections.
  • Provide accurate project reporting, identify risks, and implement effective solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will play a leading role in driving excellence and innovation while representing us as industry leaders.

Key Requirements
  • 5–10+ years' project management experience in façade, glazing, or cladding systems.
  • Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil or Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
  • Proven success leading complex projects to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project (or similar tools).
