Paper Mill Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paper Mill Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of plant and equipment within our paper-making operations.

You will work closely with our team to ensure optimal performance, quality control, and safety standards are met. Your expertise in mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and teamwork will be essential in driving business success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Completion of Year 12 or Trades Certificate
  • Prior experience in a similar role within Production, Manufacturing, or Industrial environment is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot complex production issues under pressure
  • Proven ability to assess, modify, and direct maintenance of Plant & Equipment as required
