Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Audio Visual and Technology Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing audio visual facilities, providing desktop support, and coordinating webinars and events.

Main Responsibilities:
  • AV Management: Manage all AV requests for events, client meetings, seminars, education sessions, interviews, and ad hoc requests.
  • AV Operations: Operate, test, and troubleshoot audio and video equipment.
  • Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate team members for national AV requests.
  • Improvement Identification: Identify potential changes and system improvements to present to senior team leaders for consideration and implementation.
  • AV Preparation: Liaise with staff to ensure all AV requests are prepared and tested in preparation for all meetings and events.
  • Live Event Coordination: Monitor and coordinate live events to ensure all staff experience a professional and quality AV experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service focus with a positive and proactive approach to client service.
  • Time Management: Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail producing accurate work in a timely manner.
