Job Description

We are seeking an Early Childhood Services Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Cameron Park. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality childcare services to children and families.

Your Role:

  • Meet and greet families, children, and visitors at the service
  • Roster staff, manage administration, and handle enrolments
  • Manage incoming/outgoing phone enquiries and assist with conducting tours
  • Assist with interviews, phone screening, references, and finalising new starters
  • Manage family accounts through Quikkids and step up in the role of Service Manager if required
  • Compliance documents within the service
  • Assist on the floor when required (e.g. sick leave, lunch covers)
  • Contribute to the development of staff and build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of early childhood developmental principles, including the Early Years Learning Framework pedagogy
  • Current Positive Notice Working with Children Check for child-related employment
  • Administration skills, including effective time and workload management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with children and families
  • Good leadership skills and high level of self-motivation
