Job Summary

This role is critical to providing exceptional support and services to students, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive campus environment.

  • Receive and respond to student inquiries, gathering relevant data and information
  • Issue keys for music and meeting rooms
  • Conduct regular inspections of the music room
  • Maintain up-to-date staff and student directories
  • Hang posters as required
  • Answer reception phone calls
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Schedule appointments
  • Organize food and snacks for student events
Key Requirements
  • A proactive and energetic attitude
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work full-time on campus
  • A valid Working with Children Check
  • Flexibility and problem-solving skills
