Hotel Operations Expert

A boutique accommodation property in Byron Bay, Australia seeks a highly experienced Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all guest areas and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Manage accurate records of guest stays, including check-in/check-out times, room assignments, and any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure seamless communication with staff members regarding property operations and guest needs.
  • Provide high levels of guest satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year commitment to the role.
  • Prior experience in hospitality management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Capacity to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
