Job Title: Health and Environmental Manager

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in driving health, safety, and environmental best practices within our organization.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and promoting effective HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • They will also conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and compile detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Another key responsibility will be to support contractors in developing project safety management plans and communicate non-conformances effectively to site leadership teams.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certification IV in Work Health and Safety or higher;
  • At least 12 months of experience in construction HSE; and
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives while maintaining a strong focus on HSE performance.
