Job Title: Physiotherapist Position in Melbourne with Flexible Hours

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven physiotherapist to join our team at HealthcareLink. As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for managing and providing high-quality services to a small, diverse caseload of complex clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide high-quality service to a small, diverse caseload of complex clients, demonstrating exemplary clinical skills
  • Co-manage clients through clinical collaboration with other practitioners (e.g. OT, speech pathologist, psychologist, dietitian), demonstrating a capacity to work independently and in a team
  • Participate in professional development and supervision and mentoring to constantly progress your knowledge and clinical skills (graduates will have access to our Young Graduate Program)
  • Contribute to team culture and success with your proactive, can-do approach and high-level initiative
  • Uphold company policies, procedures and values

  • Weekly Supervision: You will receive weekly one-hour mentoring sessions with an experienced supervisor.

  • Remote Practice: Our clinics are paperless, and you will have access to a comprehensive Intranet with clinical resources and collaboration platforms.
  • Caseload Options: You can select from various caseload options, including young paeds, adolescent, disability, aged care, and home mods.
  • Travel Reimbursement: You will receive travel reimbursement for community consults.

Essential Criteria:

  • Full AHPRA registration as an Physio
  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate Physiotherapy Degree
  • Enthusiastic about working with NDIS participants, able to work with diverse clients
  • Committed to independently providing physiotherapy consultations
  • Experience in a range of physiotherapy assessments
  • Strong etiquette, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability to set and follow treatment schedules and manage deadlines
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious and eager to excel

Salary: $72K-$127K per annum + superannuation benefits.
