We are seeking an experienced Reporting Lead to join our team and play a critical role in the implementation of our ERP system. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for designing and developing reports that meet the needs of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of reports using SaaS system expertise.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage reporting needs, replicating current reports and creating new ones.
  • Provide expert advice to align reporting with business requirements.
  • Design, develop, and test reports, supporting phases like User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Manage work plans, set milestones, and allocate resources with the technical team.
  • Track reporting tasks, resolve issues, and escalate risks that impact timelines.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and reporting development within the project.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate project progress effectively.
  • Monitor program performance and risks, ensuring stakeholder commitment to outcomes.
  • Prepare performance updates for the Project Director.

About You:

  • Proven experience in leading reporting initiatives within ERP implementations.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SaaS systems and report development.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
