Your Opportunity:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Perth, Australia.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You'll be part of a close-knit team that values growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing face-to-face customer service, handling inquiries, sourcing parts, and managing backorder ETAs
  • Performing warehousing tasks including picking, packing, and stock put-aways
  • Replenishing stock and conducting regular stock takes
  • Processing purchases via cash, card, or account
  • Maintaining showroom displays and rotating stock
  • Ensuring the counter and packing areas are clean, organized, and efficient

We offer a comprehensive training program to set you up for success from day one. If you don't have all the skills yet - we will train you.

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service within a trade store or retail environment
  • A customer-first mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • A curious, growth-oriented attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and a proactive approach to seeking support when needed
