We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant to join our team at Coppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facility in Melbourne.

As a valued member of our self-motivated team, you will play an important role in ensuring a clean, hygienic, and safe home for our residents.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the cleaning of resident's bedrooms, common areas, foyer entrances, and dining ensuites.
  • Ensuring that all areas are well kept and that a high standard of hygiene is maintained at all times.
  • Assisting with the laundry of residents' clothes, ensuring they are freshly laundered, ironed, and placed away appropriately.


Requirements:

It is a mandatory requirement to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.

All Aged Care workers must be vaccinated against Covid-19 (3 vaccines) and are encouraged to receive the Flu-Vaccine, all successful applicants will be required to provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination prior to commencement.
