Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer who can take on complex technical challenges and lead conversations that define the way we build. You will be hands-on with architecture and delivery, guiding talented engineers through meaningful work.

This is real technical leadership, not a figurehead role. You will be responsible for leading engineering standards across teams, auditing codebases for security and testability, and shaping the technical roadmap with product and design peers.

As a Lead Engineer, you will have the freedom to explore new tools, modernize systems, and influence the long-term direction of the platform. You will be building tools that help small businesses thrive: automating the boring stuff, surfacing insights that lead to better decisions, and connecting customers to the data, advisors, and apps they need.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in C#, .NET, React, SQL Server, and AWS
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams
  • Ability to audit codebases for security and testability
