Service Excellence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Excellence Manager to lead service strategies in functional areas.

  • Develop and implement service plans that meet the needs of clients, with a focus on continuous improvement and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate team development to ensure they have the skills and abilities to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Assign work allocations to team members based on their skills and abilities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Advocate for clients and their families to enable choice and decision-making that supports independence.
  • Interpret data, identify trends, provide advice, and implement improvement initiatives to drive positive change.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in aged or community care, or extensive experience in social services management.
  • A good understanding of the changes occurring within the Aged Care Sector.
  • An extensive knowledge of AN-NACC with current registration with AHPRA.
