Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced operations management professional to join our team as Team Manager, Operations in our Pitt Street, Flagship store. Reporting to the Store Director, you will lead, develop, and support your team responsible for Merchandise, Facilities, After-Sales Client Service, and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead security operations ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
  • Manage store facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety practices, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement effective rostering procedures to optimize staff utilization.
  • Oversee shipping, replenishment of merchandise/stock levels, and inventory management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in people leadership or management, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Prior experience in managing client services teams and after-sales programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, IT proficiency, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
