About the Role:

The Graphic Designer will conceptualise and produce captivating marketing materials that showcase our properties and services. With a focus on creativity, attention to detail, and passion for design, this role offers an ideal environment for professional growth and making a meaningful impact in real estate.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Designing marketing materials and social media graphics that align with our branding guidelines.
  • Creating visually appealing property listings and presentations showcasing our properties in the best light possible.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop innovative design concepts and strategies promoting our services and listings.
  • Ensuring consistency and quality across all design projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve our visual identity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design or a related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills effectively translating ideas into visually appealing designs.
  • Experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
