Dynamic Centre Manager Position

At our centre, we are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of daily operations and team management.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build strong relationships with families and children, while also ensuring the delivery of high-quality early learning programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations in line with legislative requirements and company policies.
- Lead, mentor and guide staff members to achieve their best.
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader to ensure top-notch education programs.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with children, families, educators and the wider community.
- A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree approved by ACECQA.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Centre Director in an early childhood setting.
- Extensive understanding of Victorian Early Years Learning Development Framework (VEYLDF), Early Years Learning and Development Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a large team of professionals.
- Capacity to support critical thinking and reflective practice.
- Good sense of humour.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.
