Job Summary

This is a diverse role that plays a critical part in ensuring concrete specifications are accurately met and the site operates smoothly.

The successful candidate will receive training to operate a Front End Loader and be involved in general maintenance and yard duties at the site. There may also be opportunities to develop further through training in operating a concrete batch plant.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate front end loader
  • Perform plant maintenance
  • General laboring and housekeeping
  • Follow all CoR and health and safety policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Front end loader ticket and experience – desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve
