Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Territory Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of accounts, supporting Bunnings and independent hardware channels. The role involves working across a key territory (Northern Beaches) with a focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth, building strong relationships, and adding value to customers through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a customer base in person and over the phone
- Achieving sales, volume and KPI targets
- Running reports and presenting them on a quarterly basis to stores
- Growing and building relationships with new and existing customers
This is an autonomous role that offers variety and challenge, requiring someone who can understand a wide range of products and offerings across all channels, has strong customer service, sales, and planning skills, proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills, and exposure to using sales CRMs.
We are looking for someone who is willing to travel once every six weeks, has a willingness to learn and grow, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
