The Job

As a Peak Sales Associate, you'll be the face of the store, creating memorable interactions and contributing to a high-performing team.

  • Prioritizing every customer and delivering standout service
  • Engaging with customers through a fun sales style
  • Supporting store operations, including processing sales, returns, and gift vouchers
  • Sharing product knowledge to help customers find their perfect look
  • Assisting department managers and contributing to store success

You'll work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

We're looking for candidates with a passion for fashion, style, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential.
