**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard & Executive Driver to join our team.

 

As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for safeguarding our executives, ensuring their safety and security at all times, and providing reliable driving services.

 

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a security guard, personal driver, or in a similar role, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Prior experience driving executives, VIPs, or high-level professionals is also essential.

 

You will play a critical role in maintaining the safety of our executives and accompanying personnel during travel, as well as ensuring the proper functioning of daily security operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive security and protection for our executives and senior staff.

  • Ensure the safety and security of our premises, including monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular security checks.

  • Assist in controlling access to the facility, verifying identification, and ensuring the security of sensitive areas.

  • Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement or security teams as required.

  • Patrol the facility regularly to deter unauthorized individuals and identify potential security threats.

  • Report and document incidents, suspicious activities, and any breaches in security protocols.

  • Provide assistance with crowd control and facilitate smooth and secure entry/exit of personnel.

 

Additionally, you will:

  • Safely transport our executives to and from meetings, events, and destinations as required.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality during interactions with executives.

  • Plan and execute efficient routes, ensuring timely arrivals at all destinations.

  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal condition.

  • Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company procedures while driving.

  • Be available for travel outside of regular working hours when needed.

  • Maintain a calm and composed demeanor while handling stressful driving situations.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a security guard, personal driver, or in a similar role.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a defensive driving certification (preferred).

  • Prior experience driving executives, VIPs, or high-level professionals.

  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and safety protocols.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters.

  • Good physical fitness to manage security duties and emergencies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond quickly to emergencies.

  • A professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
