About the Role:

Lendlease Construction, a national delivery capability with a sector-focused approach, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Leader to manage the delivery of high-profile projects.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of the construction site, overseeing project planning, site-based procurement, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record as a Site Manager or equivalent, with relevant trade and/or Building Construction qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering major building and infrastructure projects safely, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A methodical approach, with a focus on detail and strong planning skills.
  • A passion for safety and commitment to driving compliance with safety protocols.
