Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Stock Manager to lead our stock operations with high energy and a commitment to process.

This is a hands-on leadership role managing the full lifecycle of our stock, from incoming deliveries and allocations to warehouse organization and inventory management, while leading our Warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, coach, and inspire an engaged team culture.
  2. Plan workflows for all stock functions, supporting your team to deliver accuracy and efficiency metrics.
  3. Maintain a well-organized warehouse, manage stock integrity and accuracy, including stock takes and minimizing loss.
  4. Partner with our stores and fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery of stock.
  5. Stay knowledgeable about our products and industry trends.
  6. Drive improvements in systems and processes.
  7. Manage rosters, attendance, team availability, and policy compliance.
  8. Contribute to broader business strategy.
