Senior Educator Position

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Educator to lead our education program for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe learning environment for children, families, and staff.
  • Develop and implement high-quality education programs in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Utilise the Goodstart Practice Guide to deliver exceptional educational outcomes.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies, Procedures, and Requirements.
  • Contribute to delivering the Centre and business objectives.

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Passion and enthusiasm to develop and implement education programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a safe environment for all individuals involved.
