Digital Campaign Manager

A Digital Marketing Expert is needed to build and execute ad hoc campaigns, design automated customer journeys, and maintain a clean marketing automation environment.
About the RoleThis is a key position in our organization where you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business objectives.
Responsibilities- Design and deploy ad hoc campaigns (newsletters, product releases, activations)
- Create and optimize automated customer journeys (welcome, nurture, re-engagement)
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools (Einstein AI, Cloud Pages, Content Blocks)
- Maintain a clean, compliant, and well-structured marketing automation environment
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align campaigns with business goals
- 2+ years' experience in marketing automation using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and juggling multiple priorities
- A strong passion for customer experience and lifecycle marketing, paired with a talent for problem-solving and simplifying complex challenges
You are a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments and have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
