About the Role

Darebin City Council is committed to supporting community members to be safe around water through swim education. As an Aquatic Educator, you will play a key role in teaching children and adults of varying abilities to swim and enjoy playing safe around water.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver engaging swim lessons
  • Actively promote water safety awareness
  • Opportunities to work across various areas of our aquatic and leisure facilities
Requirements
  • Current AUSTSWIM/LSV: Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (or equivalent) qualification
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current Working with Children Check
