The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Managing subcontracts for services in the Subsea Construction Business.
- Providing assistance to the Project Manager to produce the Project Execution Plan, including a detailed subcontracting and procurement plan.
- Maintaining accurate records of key dates within the master project schedule and updating the subcontracting plan accordingly.
- Preparing standard terms and conditions of subcontract, modified where necessary to incorporate the requirements of the main contract.
- Evaluating tenders, negotiating with tenderers, and preparing Recommendation of Award for approval by the Project Manager and Senior Management.
