Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Housekeeping team as a key member of our operations. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our guest accommodation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort in guest rooms
  • Carry out key daily tasks in the Housekeeping Department
  • Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
Requirements
  • Able to work within a flexible, rotating roster which includes weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays
  • Motivated with a good eye for detail and high cleaning standards
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
