About the Role- You will prepare and present strategic financial plans, providing expertise and support to a specific market segment.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expand client base.
- Support the development of new business by completing prospecting activities and converting leads from various sources.
- Participate in seminars and events organised by the firm, generating leads and building relationships with clients.
- Maintain deep advice relationships with existing clients, seeking referrals and cross-selling fiduciary/philanthropy/tax/risk advisory services and product opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement business plans, managing workflow and generating new business channels.
- You hold a relevant degree, preferably FASEA accredited.
- You have an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent CFP certification.
- You complete mandated professional development training each year, staying up-to-date with industry standards.
- You have 5-7 years' experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of investment principles.
- You possess excellent relationship management skills and a strong ability to build trust with clients.
